They remain sealed inside their cones until the conditions change. Fire passes through the landscape, heat opens what was closed, and seeds that were already there become available to begin again.
OMG...FIRE works from a similar idea.
People are carrying intelligence everywhere—knowledge, experience, questions, frustrations, ideas, instincts, and possibilities.
AI is changing those conditions.
But knowing that AI exists isn’t the same as knowing what to do with it. And learning another tool isn’t necessarily the answer.
How it works
FIRE creates a small space to experiment.
We start with something real: a problem, a question, a responsibility, a piece of work, or simply something you’ve been wondering about.
Then we explore what becomes possible when human knowledge, context, and emerging AI capabilities meet.
You might build something.
You might discover a new way to work.
You might find a question you didn’t know you had.
You might decide AI isn’t the answer.
All of those are useful outcomes.
OMG...FIRE isn’t a course about becoming an AI expert.
It’s an invitation to find intelligence resources you already have, discover ones you didn’t know were available, and experience what happens when you put them together differently.
Three principles guide the work
Start with the human.
Technology follows the need, not the other way around.
Context changes everything.
Generic answers are easy. Useful intelligence requires understanding where you are standing.
Experiment before you optimize.
You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going before you take the first step.
What it costs
The experiences are designed to stand on their own.
If you walk away with something useful, we’ve done what we came to do. If it sparks another idea, even better.
